Leading your company through lifecycle transitions is not easy. Fundamental changes in your leadership and management are required at each and every stage. Leaders who fail to understand what is needed (and not needed) can block the development of their business. Fortunately you have 'best in class' leadership guide for company growth, change and transformation - Company Lifecycle.

This electronic based assessment is a very ‘light’ version of an intensive 'Diagnostic Workshop'. The 'Diagnostic Workshop' is a 2 to 3 day comprehensive, in-depth team based experience that takes place in you organisation, with your team and real problems. It analyses the current situation your company is facing and identifies the major areas for improvement (root cases of problems and opportunities). It gives leadership and management teams an opportunity to work together to prioritise and solve problems, allowing them to move to the next stage of the Lifecycle.

Both the light assessment and intensive workshop identify a company’s position on the lifecycle, i.e. “growing”, age appropriate problems and “ageing”, abnormal problems which may threaten your company’s survival.
